On January 5, 2022, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development announced that Comrade Ma Haizhi of Beijing Urban Construction Survey and Design Institute Co., Ltd. was awarded the title of "National Master of Engineering Survey and Design".

Ma Haizhi, born in July 1967, graduated from Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture with a master's degree in business administration in Tsinghua University. He is currently the Party Secretary and Chairman of Beijing Urban Construction Survey and Design Institute Co., Ltd., and has long been committed to scientific research and innovation, production practice, technical management and industry development promotion of precision engineering survey.
